078 | Lifestyle Design and Lessons From Our RV Family Adventure

In order to live an intentional life as a current or future PA, you need to incorporate lifestyle design into your life. Lifestyle design is the process of designing the life that you want to live that aligns with your values and purpose.

Recently, my family and I took a rented RV on a roadtrip from MN to CO to visit the mountains and some beautiful national parks. It was certainly an adventure with 7 humans, 1 dog, in a 31 ft. RV for 9 days. In this episode, I provide a recap of the trip and discuss the lessons learned as well as how you can utilize the concept of lifestyle design to explore different ways of how you may want your life to look.
